Getting Started

Step 1: Create Your Account

Install the app on your store from the install page. Your account is created automatically and no credit card is required for the trial.

Step 2: Connect Shopify

1. Install LeadUp from the Shopify App Store (click Add app)
2. Approve the requested Read customers and Read orders permissions when Shopify prompts you
3. Shopify installs the app and opens it in your admin automatically
4. The first sync starts right away (5-10 minutes)

Step 3: Review Your Leads

Once synced, head to the Dashboard to see your scored and segmented leads.

Step 4: Take Action

• Export hot leads for targeted campaigns
• Set up email automation for warm leads
• Create win-back campaigns for churning customers
• Review AI insights for optimization tips
